He has held positions at and worked with a variety of the industry’s high level actors and has been involved frequently in high level multi-billion Euro cases over the past two decades.

Notable representations include acting as transaction counsel in billion euros acuisitions and divestments, the first ever takeover of two entites by proxy fight at a European stock exchange, the first court verdict in favor of shareholders in a well known, international shareholder litigation against a large German car manufacturer, high profile ICC arbitration in Hong Kong and Paris, some notable litigation, mediation, bondholder and restructuring cases and strategic and regulatory advice to shareholders of large German companies.
