Dr. Adametz focuses on high profile dispute resolution matters, debt and equity transactions, corporate governance, shareholder and hedge fund activism, proxy fights, private equity, joint ventures and securities law.
He has held positions at and worked with a variety of the industry’s high level actors and has been involved frequently in high level multi-billion Euro cases over the past two decades.
